Once you place your order, you may receive a call from us so that we may verify your credit card information. Please use your landline phone number when filling out the checkout or new account form. Verification of an international order can take up to 3 business days. The charge for your purchase will appear on your credit card statement as KLUGEX, INC.
If for some reason we are not able to verify your credit card information we are going to notify you and suggest an alternative payment method such as a bank to bank wire transfer or international money order. We also accept PayPal payments for international orders up to $300 if buyer has a PayPal account at least 3 months ago with a minimum of 10 previous transactions.

Standard International Air $15 Estimated delivery time 5-14 business days. Global Priority Mail $19 Estimated delivery time 6-10 business days. Global Express $29 Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days. DHL Worldwide Express $89 Estimated delivery time 2-3 business days. (Recommended for businesses only.)
Standard Air, Global priority and Global Express ships via The US. Postal Service. You can choose between above shipping methods at the checkout.
Duty/VAT Charges
Klugex, Inc. will not charge any Duty/VAT taxes on International orders. However, your country's customs may will charge you customs fees and/or taxes on your order according to local import rules and regulations. In such a case, it is solely your responsibility to pay all duty/VATor taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse shipments to any countries or persons if we are unable to verify payment information.
